Spread over two floors, the house features 4 cosy bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room ideal for relaxing with the family, and a terrace perfect for enjoying the outdoors. The entire property is private and exclusive, including a garden with a swimming pool to cool off on sunny days and a barbecue area ideal for sharing unforgettable moments with family or friends, with mountain views.
Thanks to its privileged location, youāll be just 10 minutes by car from the beach and 20 minutes from Barcelona via the motorway. In addition, right next to the house there is a bus stop with a direct connection to the city centre in only 30 minutes.
